Marc is the Chief Investment Officer and a Licensed Registered Representative at Fortitude Investment Group.

Marc brings more than 28 years of investment management experience, and forty years of real estate
investment experience as Chief Investment Officer and a Licensed Registered Representative at
Fortitude Investment Group., His broad knowledge of numerous financial instruments and complex
investment scenarios can help clients navigate their 1031 exchange, in addition to their overall
retirement and estate planning needs.

In 2002, he left investment banking to create a new division for a previous Broker/Dealer, leading a
nationwide sales force which resulted in $1.5 billion in securitized real estate investments. This division guided over $800 million in client investments in the final two years with the firm.

Marc graduated from The University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree
majoring in accounting. He received his CPA designation in 1988. His credentials include a Series 7
General Securities Representative License, Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent License, and Life, Health, Variable and Fixed Annuity Insurance Licenses. He has two daughters and currently resides in the Northwest Atlanta area.
