Monica J. Thompson plays a key role in the Operations & Business Development department here at Fortitude Investment Group, LLC. With offices located around the U.S. she operates out of the Palm Beach Gardens, Florida branch.

Ms. Thompson’s professional career started after graduating Herkimer College in Upstate New York with an Associates Degree in Hospitality and Event Management. From there, she began working for Hilton Hotels specializing in long term guest stays and corporate accounts. Having an entrepreneurial spirit, Ms. Thompson played a key role in several exciting ventures since then, including managing an online store customer service experience for a growing start-up in Southern California. She feels these unique experiences attribute to her passion for creating custom client experiences and maintaining long lasting business relationships.

Ms. Thompson is originally from upstate New York in the Catskill Mountains. From an early age, she was raised to embody integrity, punctuality, hard work and team-building characteristics which have driven her to succeed in her career.

Monica currently resides in San Diego, California where she holds her Commercial Real Estate License with eXp Commercial Realty. Some of her personal passions include her love of snowboarding, yoga, unique house plants & world travel.
