With 3 generations of real estate and development professionals in his family, Tanner has a natural love for the industry. He been exposed to all aspects, from wholesale, retail and commercial real estate to development and management of manufactured home parks. Tanner is a registered representative with Fortitude Investment Group, a full-service wealth management firm with a focus on 1031 Exchanges. As a 1031 exchange professional, we educate and work with sellers, or potential sellers, on the exchange process and what to expect once they begin an exchange. Tanner was born and raised in Florida, and currently resides in Jupiter, FL. He graduated from Florida State University with his bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, with Florida State having the #8 ranked Real Estate undergraduate program in the nation.
